I am currently downloading High Sierra on my late 2013 MacBook Pro with 2.6ghz intel core i5 and 8gb of ram and hope the performance is the same or better. I have kept them both up to date with the updates for them and I have gone back to 2011 to see if it works and it works just fine. Click to expand.Ya I have kept 20 on my Mac. When MS completes all the promised updates, I will reinstall 2016 and probably remove 2011 but until then I'll continue to use 2011. That too will be fixed by MS in a future update. One of the reasons 2016 takes up more space is that each app (Word, Excel, PP, Outlook) has a separate font folder instead of one folder like 2011 uses.
